Diuble Meadows Home Owners
Pets
Diuble Meadows is a pet-friendly neighborhood. All pet owners must, however, be considerate of their neighbors. As a reminder, the Diuble Meadows by-laws encourage the placement of invisible fences and specify that pets may not "run loose at any time upon other [neighbor's] units or the common elements" and that all pets "shall at all times be leashed and attended by some responsible person". Not all neighbors are comfortable around animals and it is, therefore, the pet owners' responsibility to ensure that their pets do not wander onto others' property.
Yard Waste
Yard waste (e.g., grass clippings, brush/tree trimmings, soil, leaves, etc.) should be disposed of via contracting with an appropriate waste removal service. Yard waste may not be placed in common areas, including but not limited to easements, woods' trails and forested areas, and adjacent to any body of water. Doing so creates an eyesore and impedes proper drainage.
The following vehicles are prohibited on our grounds for the safety of our residents and their children (please refer to master deed). If you see any restricted vehicles in our neighborhood, please contact the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office at 734-994-2911.
