The Annual meeting of Diuble Meadows Home Owners Association was held on April 17, 2017.  25 members attended along with proxy votes for another 14 members.

Jim Thomson and Allen Johnson were elected to two year terms on the Board of Directors.  There is still one open position for a director.  If you are interested contact any member of the current board.

The minutes to the meeting will be posted on the member section of the website once they have been approved by the Board of Directors.

The financials will also be available on the Members section of the website.



Advanced Disposal is now the approved refuse service for our subdivision.  Their number is 888-4433-1717.  Their website is:  www.advanceddisposal.com.


They have recently increased their rates for our area.

The rates are:

$51.00 for trash pickup with a container

$48.00 Senior Rate for trash pickup with a container

$3.36 for recycle pickup with a container (They will only pick up reclycing if you have an approved container.  You can call them and they will drop one off.)


Although this was a substantial increase in rates, it is still lower than the other companies that service this area.  Modern is chargin $26.70 per month and Waste Management is charging $28.11 a month.
